Driving Sales Growth
- Responsible for brand top-line and bottom-line
- Identify key drivers for growth and drive these for significant brand growth
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise and monitor interventions for improving sales efficiency level solutions for specific markets
- Monthly tracking of data, competition analysis
Driving Sales Growth

- Category, consumer and competition scoping and analyses
- Consumer insight mining and converting insights into consumer deliverables
- Leading product bundle development - product, packs, pricing
- Driving effective marketing execution
Execution
- Responsible for all brand operations - developing merchandise, trade plan, monthly management update and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for successful execution

- Financial Dimensions- Brand top-line and bottom line
- Non-Financial Dimensions- Improvement in brand equity measures, consumer awareness and engagement through activation and innovation.
Educational Qualifications
- 2-year full-time MBA/ PGDM from Top 10 B schools
Experience Required
- 4-5 years with at least 2 years of Brand Management and 1 -2 years of Sales
- Strong GT working, Exposure to MT/ E-Commerce preferred.
- Strong brand management work experience
- Good Innovation Exposure - concept and product development, researchers, working with R&D for product development.
