We are looking for Brand Manager /Sr.manager for MNC FCMG Company ( As per the years of experience)
Key responsibilities
- Developed the Marketing Calendar/Inputs for category post evaluation of Internal and External factors, study of Industry trends, category truths & past year performance. Prioritizing and Scheduling inputs to reach the top line and bottom line targets for the year
- New Media - Developing engaging internet campaigns on Facebook, YouTube etc.
- Media management - Developing the Media strategy and allocation based on competitor strategy
- NPD -
- Analyzing sales & designing schemes for districts and subcategories based on internal and external factors
- Designing innovative POS Material-Racks, Hangers, & other In-shop visibility cost effectively
- Effective media management across TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor and Digital
- Market Research - Analyzing market & consumer data and making recommendations for the brand. Active part of U&A, Pack Research, Promo Research, LINK Study, CPT, Consumer Immersions etc.
- Third party (Agencies - creative & media, vendors) management - working closely with vendors and partnering with agencies for smooth and efficient functioning of the brand.
- Stock management - Production requirement & supply chain management for existing & new brands
- Budget management
- Customer Relationship Management- PR, events, trade & consumer promotions & other BTL activities.
- Institutional branding
- Analysis - In depth Internal (Sales, MS, Launches etc) and external (Competitor Sales, launches etc)
