Job Responsibility :

- Develop a good understanding of the brand, the category, the region and the shopper.

- Will be responsible to also drive the Digital & Ecommerce agenda on the brand with a big thrust on launching relevant innovations with speed as well as developing content and driving conversion.

- Accountable for brand health and brand performance.

- Responsible for product launches and new product innovation and introduction.
