Company is seeking a passionate Brand Manager to join our rapidly-growing team and help take us to the next level of awesomeness.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Overall management of brand guidelines (ATL/ BTL) on all properties across media channels OOH, Print and otherwise
- Execute, monitor and co-ordinate all the marketing & brand communications
- Manage and develop relationships with related stakeholders
- Identifying and tying up with partners also manage post sales communication for customers to help deliver on the brand promise
- Develop the Annual Brand Plan in conjunction with the Marketing, Sales and other teams along with agencies
- Develop and plan new projects including creating and executing launch initiatives and post launch market support activities.
- Regular field visits to understand the changes, needs and research on competition to identify opportunities and consumer insights
- Regular interactions with the Advertising Agency, Online/ direct agency, Outdoor agency, PR agency, Event agencies, Vendors
WHAT DO YOU NEED? (REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)
- Ideally, should have extensive experience of real estate or some relevant experience in field related brand work
- A Master's degree preferably in Business, Real Estate, or Finance, or the comparable experience.
- The ability to effectively resolve situations or complaints from customers, employees, or management
