Job Description - Reporting into the Category Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the brand plans for both the short term and long term
- Analyzing the market conditions and conducting research to identify relevant business opportunities
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, both internal and external to deliver on agreed objectives
- Working on the communications of the brand
- Leading and generating MIS on brand
The Successful Candidate - You will be a management graduate from a Tier I business school, with five years of experience, with atleast two years in sales. You will have have thorough knowledge of the sales processes and a good understanding of the OTC segment. Further, you should have indepth knowledge of market research techniques and display a keen understanding of the target customers. In addition, you should have a comprehensive understanding of media planning and buying. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and have excellent communication skills.
