Job Description:
- Incumbent will be responsible for the HCP marketing operations activities and will be a part of the McM CoE team.
- Develop and execute robust omni-channel marketing campaigns that include email, virtual sales reps, programmatic advertising, search, SEO, SEM, EMR, social media etc. to drive brand growth & SoV. Work with external agencies wherever required.
- Develop communication strategy and messaging cadence for brands in close co-ordination with the client and on-site marketing teams.
- Collaborate on key HCP brand plans for omnichannel brand marketing with the on-site team and clients in the EU/US region.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to draw actionable insights from proprietary data sets and drive next best recommendation.
- Lead brand review meetings, strategic planning, and use incisive business insights to optimize channel, marketing, and promotional mix to drive above benchmark results in campaign performance.
- Contribute to the pre-sales process by understanding clients business problem and crafting an effective solution in the RFP response document.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree with 5-7 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L of large brands. Pharmaceutical launch experience in developed markets would be preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing and well versed with available channels.
- Well-versed in core marketing principles with the ability to conceptualize and articulate a vision for the brand.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the EU/US pharmaceutical/biotech market with a proven track record of managing tactical design, messaging, and execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver complex messages to external and internal customers.
