Description - This is a brand manager role for a leading pet-care portfolio in India.

Client Details:

Our client is a leader in the pet-care ecosystem in India. It is growing by leaps and bounds in the market currently and with aggressive plans of growth as we go ahead. They are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the key portfolio for the business.

Description :

The incumbent would report into the Marketing Head and be responsible for the following:

- Researching and analyzing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity

- Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates

- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market

- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs

- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability

- Increasing product sales and market share

- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI

- Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc

- Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns

- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values

Profile:

The successful candidate should have:

- 4+ years of experience in sales and brand marketing

- Exposure in fmcg/retail markets

- Have and analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results across building strategies for offline presence of a portfolio
