Brand Manager - OTC/Nutrition (3-6 yrs)

Job Description for Brand Manager:
- Need candidates who has handled OTC product and are into Nutrition product branding
- Develop & implement marketing plans which addresses brand requirements – short term & long term
- Plan & deliver business objectives for the brand(s) assigned
- Lead and generate consumer insights, to enable brand extensions and/or NPD
- Create new insightful communication(s) and manage overall communication process on his/her brand in conjunction with the creative agency
- Conceptualize & implement 360° marketing programs that increase visibility of brands.
- Handling (Advertisement, media, research) agencies for timely execution of task given and ensure compliances and metrics.
- Monthly & Annual BTL/ ATL input Planning & Monitoring
- Creating effective marketing programs for overall brand development
- Constant interaction with supply chain, packaging, finance, vendor management, legal, technical & customer complaint cell for product related enquires and ensure availability of products.
- Lead & generate MIS on brand(s) assigned, category, competition and trade at regular intervals so as to result in effective brand management.
