Brand Manager-OTC
Job Description:
- We have an Opportunity for Brand Manager Role with Our client which is large Pharmaceutical and No.1 Nutraceutical Company in the World, having Branches across 211 countries.
- We are looking for a Professional who has Pharma Exposure in Brand Management, who has 3-6 years of experience (Consumer/OTC Marketing) and Qualification as MBA, BSC/Pharma Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the respective OTC brand segments.
2. Develop and deliver the marketing plan in-line with the overall category plan.
3. Lead the Creative & Media team and take responsibility for developing and implementing all marketing plans.
4. Lead marketing plans in collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as PR, Packaging,
5. Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations
6. Create & lead the NPD roadmap for the category towards achieving long-term vision
7. Analyse and provide consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales initiatives
8. Lead insight gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand
9. Develop strategies to increase brand market share, brand identity and brand awareness
10. Analyse monthly sales and present it to the management in monthly review meetings
11. The Professional should have 3-6 Years (Consumer/OTC Marketing) and should be from English Medium
12. Must Have - Skills in Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
