Brand Manager
What will the candidate need to deliver in next 12 months?
- The right candidate will hit the ground running and get into action mode right away as Organization has its sights set on expansion with impact.
- He/she will be someone who will be in the 'build with high speed and quality' mindset and meticulously see out challenges in shaping of the Brand . The first 12 months will be about introducing the brand and building good recall with a billion+ people across the country with the right communications, placements, campaigns and initiatives. The brand manager will be someone who will be very energetic to use all the resources at his/her disposal and make the most out of it with the goal of achieving the brand's and the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Complete ownership of Brand campaigns and consumer/B2B facing communications
- Conceptualization, collateral, timeliness, research, efficacy, deployment, and reporting.
- Help the brand achieve distinct tone of voice, TOM recall and brand engagement through initiatives, campaigns helping the brand scale to great heights.
- Responsible for the strategic readiness and action plans basis that on PR
- Understanding business requirements and translating the same into actionable through initiatives and creative readiness
- Liaising and being the SPOC with the main creative agency and providing key brand inputs to other partner agencies that help shape the brand's media planning, social media, PR, BTL etc
- Own Brand imagery and assets including shoots of statics, films, promotional content along with content, social media teams and agencies
- Work on GTM Plans and bringing it to life for new geography launches, product releases, launches etc.
- Responsible for overall brand salience, positioning and keeping the brand book updated with all stakeholders
- Work with content, design and operations leads to ensure seamless flow of requirements
- Proactively come up with ideas
- Owning needle mover ideas on the brand wrt expansion and adoption of the app and other products
- Own and execute brand research initiatives including liaising with research agencies, reporting with the right insights and inferences.
- Oversee and share key inputs for Brand Partnerships, large format events and shape the same from the brand prism
- Celebrity management, overseeing engagement calendars and planning shoots, events etc.
Somethings we look for :
- Around 6-8 years of experience working on core Brand management scaling up from more specific roles
- Demonstrated experience of working on ATL/BTL campaigns, PR, Social media, Media planning, content, events, celebrity management and other aspects of brand marketing
- Demonstrated experience of working on campaigns, GTM models, brand research and being the SPOC with brand agencies.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience in working with a team on the 0-1 journey and scaled beyond or working with well known, renowned brands.
- Experience of dynamically working with multiple teams- internal and external on projects.
- Loves being creative- coming up with multiple ideas and has the power, leadership to garner more ideas
- Has a high level of ownership and loves to take challenges head on.
- Loves to see, learn, and understand the bigger picture- constantly has the drive to go beyond what he/she already knows and understands.
- High proficiency in English and fair understanding of Hindi.
- Loves to steer projects with a problem-solving mindset and is a self-starter with the right energy.
- Enough exposure to take calls and can even co-create on copy, design, video editing etc. and give approvals.
