Brand Manager - Nutrition Firm

Position : Brand Manager - For Nutrition Company

We have an urgent opening with our client which is leading nutrition company in India.

Role :

- Understanding of Brand Identity, Consumer profiling

- Interact with Creative agency, Media agency and build relationships

- Develop product strategy, based on knowledge of industry, nature of market, costing. Create Product marketing plans that gears towards end users for each key category within portfolio, in line with management and within budgets.

- Conceptualize & implement 360 marketing programs.

- Product/brand evolution after establishment

- Understand Priority markets and consumer segments on basis of profitability, growth potential, propose activities and map the same.

- Achieving signature packaging across all categories, to get better brand recognition @ store level

- Develop, deliver ATL/BTL promotional activities and Effective roll out of plans with in stipulated budgets.

- Plan and target regional wise BTL approach to aim at higher through put and footfall.

- Developing and implementing competitive trade activation plan as per market requirement

- Develop a strong communication platform that defines the Brand values

- Based on consumer and insights build innovative communication platform and other promotional activities for Brand awareness

- Roll out communications to enhance products and set guidelines for marketing.

- Keep flowchart of marketing plans and actionable.

- Manage media relations, consumer research opportunities and build relationship .

- Manage data, MOR market analysis MS and growth/de-growth analysis, and marketing metrics

- Maintain liaison with external and internal suppliers, manage commissioning and delivery of marketing material

Qualification : Pharma / Health Science Graduate

- MBA Preferred

- 4 - 10 years of experience in Independent Brand Management
