Requirement of Brand Manager for FMCG company
Mandatory:
- MBA- B-school
- FMCG Experience is required
- Responsible for growth (sales, market share, brand equity) and profitability of the assigned portfolio (within Nutrition) in India through the effective and efficient use of Brand Marketing budgets to drive Launches including: Product development, planning, packaging and pricing
- Promotions
- Communications / Brand Building
- Distributor tools, programs and campaigns
- Powerful and engaging events and programs for greater connect with TA and for sales activation
- To ensure high impact conceptualisation and execution of initiatives by
- Uncovering and leveraging insights through data analysis, market research, Distributor and Consumer connect, competitor tracking, Global best practice analysis, Analysis of market/consumer trends
- Managing external agencies
- Collaborating with other functions in India and Global marketing.
