Purpose of the Position:
Establish an Indian motorcycle brand in the global marketplace. Take it to the No.1 or No.2 position in its segment across countries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Implement the global and country level brand strategy to achieve market leadership.
- Engage with multiple regional stakeholders like Sales & Distributor teams to align and implement a strategy.
- Manage advertising, media agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand campaigns in line with the strategic intent.
Product Management:
- Keep a close check on the markets and consumers to identify new trends/insights.
- Develop the business case for new products or variants to be developed
- Ensure product feedback from various countries on existing brands is funneled back to R&D.
- Monitors and track competitive activity in key markets
Drive Customer Experience Initiatives:
- Develop marketing programs that drive a superior customer experience at key touchpoints like a showroom, Digital & On the ground.
Key Deliverable:
- Timely and successful completion of key marketing initiatives
- Brand Volume & Market Share
- Brand Health Scores
