Role of the Brand Manager
This role will primarily own the Brand value proposition of QI Spine Clinic
- You will need to ensure that every communication, marketing campaigns, PR events resonates with how the brand intends to position itself in the minds of the target audiences
- You will be responsible to translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable impact on both brand (Awareness/ Consideration scores) and business objectives (Increase the funnel, i.e. visitors/walk-ins etc).
- You will need to work with internal and external teams to develop, strategize and execute service & brand driven campaigns. This will include execution, management and analysis of campaigns
- You will need to evaluate the creatives and give feedback where required to ensure that the communication/ artwork is in line with the brand guidelines and standards while resonating with the end consumer needs
- Collaborate with research agencies to drive consumer research and interpret results to uncover insights that help drive the brand business
- Conduct periodic brand tracks to analyse where the brand stands and develop initiatives to improve areas which require focus
- A major part of your role will include budget forecasting, management and evaluation of ROI on the various marketing campaigns
