Professional/Technical Accreditations :
- Must have: 7 + Years of Work Experience in FMCG
- Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external):
- Has led cross functional team project.
- Category Management & driving consumption
- Has innovation role experience
- 1-2 years sales experience will be an added advantage
- Drive volume Growth across key regions to deliver on annual marketing plan for the 7 categories
- Own the drive on singularity of message and brand book execution in these categories via creative agency and activation team
- Work with cross functional teams to lead disruptive growth strategies in target markets
- Drive key innovation launches as funneled in the 3 year pipeline with cross functional team and ILT with India & region team via the stage gate process
- Drive consumer understanding for overall brand as well as the portfolio categories to feed into initiative planning
- Lead Annual Operating Plan for Marketing on portfolio categories
- Lead executing new product launches, including research, product development, packaging design and consumer activation.
- Supporting the commercial team with Consumer insights
- Manage budget and PnL drivers for the category
- Participating in Demand Planning and S&OP processes
Additional Brand Responsibilities :
- Lead Brand Insights development and Brand Health Metrics with Partner Agencies
- Manage the Micro Marketing Platform Extensions All India for All Categories
- Support executing Media Calendar for Brand across the year
