The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading and managing one or more of our brands.

Specific Job Profile :
- Brand Plan Development : develop a plan that achieves company targets. This will include, but is not limited to, communication development, digital marketing, channel development, consumer and health care professional specific program/promotions, .
- Must be able to work collaboratively with investors, cross functional stakeholders, consultants and agencies/vendors to drive superior market results.
- Program management and execution : stress is on management of the day-to-day logistics of the brand programs. Evaluate performance and take corrective actions. Owns timeline management, budget, and program analysis.
- New product development : utilize consumer and customer -driven insights to drive long-term growth of the brands. Translates insights into profitable product and communication innovations.
- Develops selling proposition and sufficient launch support plans to retail, consumers and all stakeholders.
- Market Analysis : provide consumption based data analysis for the brand. Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics. Probe data to identify and act on region specific plans.
- Also, identify portfolio expansion opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs Business Forecasting/Results work with sales, demand planning, and contract vendors to generate accurate volume forecasts. Deliver results for the brand level P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree; MBA in Marketing.
Experience Required : FMCG marketer with 5 years of related work experience in foods and beverages industry or lifestyle products. Experience of working with digital marketing platforms is a must.

Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must to translate all plans into exceptional communication to internal and external stakeholders
