Brand Manager - Marketing Excellence - Pharma - 2-5 years of experience of managing brand / digital app marketing. - Experience with driving communication and content strategies for influencing behavior an belief shift in customers. - Managing a mandate to drive brand / app growth in sales or users and engagement. - Having managed on-field and online channels including social media, chatbots, notifications to drive key messages. - Experience of working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive his / her objectives. - Adept at learning a new industry / therapy area and the insights from end users to devise a full-year roadmap of activities, content marketing and engagement. - Ability to execute on multiple fronts (content, growth, commercial) while monitoring the impact through use of tools (for in-app engagement) and gathering inputs from other channels. - Ability to work cohesively with a team of performance marketer, designer, content writer to finish and deploy deliverables on time and to a standard of quality. - Ability to understand the marketing challenges and mandates for different partner brands and seamlessly aligning the key messaging to build win-win partnerships. - Excellent ability to convey ideas to team members, leadership teams via meetings, memos, presentations and documentation.
