Role - Brand Manager (Marketing Communication)
Location - Gurgaon

Education Qualification- MBA (Full Time)
Offered CTC upto 26 LPA (including variables)
Ideal Candidate :
- A person with full time MBA, having 8 to 11 years of working experience in Automotive Industry with experience in Marketing Communication & content creation or coordination with agency for the same.
Job Purpose :
- The role exists to create / build brands in the respective segments by formulating and executing impactful & collaborative brand communication strategy and marketing programs to achieve targets on Brand KPI across the funnel, sales volume and market share
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Go to Market for respective brands' new launches; 4Ps (Lead: Promotion, Monitor / oversee / influence; Pricing, Place and Product
- Lead formulation and execution of brand strategy at India, Zonal and state levels in collaboration with Field teams based on brand's sales performance and KPIs
- Support Micro-Marketing and experiential marketing to enhance brand engagement / imagery
- Track and deliver Digital KPIs targets for the respective brands
- Ensure media plans to deliver maximum ROI within allocated budget for the Quarter and the Year
