Deliver Marketing plans for each brands/ category in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager:

- Continue to own leading luxury Wine and Spirit market.

- Deliver brand plan in line with maison marketing plan and current market situation

- Conceptualize and execute scalable promotion ideas per brand in on-trade and off-trade

- Airport Duty Free Activations : Craft exciting experiential promotions at point of sale, best in class visibility

- Visibility & Merchandising Off-Trade : Tapping key opportunities in trade, developing new markets. Regular market visits

- Plan & execute events & International visits per brand standards

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Maisons, regional teams) and external agencies (activation, digital, PR) to activate the brands

- Track and manage A&P Budgets/Reporting monthly as per audit requirements

Track competition : width of distribution benchmarked against other brands; pricing across on-trade and end consumer price, PR and activation of own and competition brands in key markets

Manage external contracts with key trade : listings, point of sale visibility and merchandising, volume tracking basis activations committed in the contracts

- Order, manage stock of POSM - planning, delivery & storage

- Manage Brand Trainer for Trainings on brands

- Build spirits business in Sri Lanka, champagnes from Maldives through management of activations, apt promotions

- Meet market-share objectives, track competition market-share movements on a systematic basis.

Education :

Master Degree in Marketing (Premier Institute)

Languages :

English & Hindi

Professional experience & know how :

- 5-6 years marketing experience within the Wine and Spirit/ FMCG industry

- W&S experience (preferably high added value brands) would be ideal, but is not essential.

- Prior experience in handling the same area is preferred, although not necessary

Technical & management skills :

- Thorough understanding of FMCG / W&S industry

- Ability to work with a number of divergent brands at the same time.

- A high degree of personal presence with influencing, negotiation and communication

Skills :

- Presentation skills

- Know and understand the market place

- Demonstrate a solid functional knowledge base

- A high level of commercial awareness and possess very good analytical skills.

- Good knowledge of wines will be a distinct advantage.

Personal & interpersonal skills :

- Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team orientated

- Able to communicate well and project subject knowledge with confidence
