This role is looking for an experienced marketing professional to
- Strategize marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand salience, improve brand equity and new product launches.
- Staying abreast of the best trends/practices in branding/digital through social medial & Industry benchmarking.
- Support sales strategy by enhancing Brand Equity.
- Responsible for executing all trade-related marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL, and digital activities as part of the marketing plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of the Key result areas includes, but not limited to :
- Implement brand plans to deliver brand KPIs on Volume, Share, positioning.
- Ensure our brand messaging is strong and consistent across channels and marketing efforts (like events, campaigns , web pages and promotional materials).
- Analyze brand consumer behavior and retail tracks to assess brand health; analysis on projects.
- Implement key projects on the brands Annual planning calendar.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitoring Competition (acquisitions, Pricing changes, and new products and features).
- Develop the media strategy and implement its roll-out
- Provide inputs for long term brand vision and strategy development.
- Execute brand initiatives customized by projects, channels or key customers.
- Drive cross-functional teams and ensure achievement of volume and profitability targets, on special projects.

PROFILE DETAILS
QUALIFICATION: Post Graduate in Marketing.
EXPERIENCE: Total relevant experience of 10-15 years
