Brand Manager

Required Brand Manager for a Leading Luxury retail company based in New Delhi.

- The person would be responsible for accessories market for Northern India and Marketing for Delhi NCR for watch and accessories category. .

- Candidates having exposure of managing brand building in FMCG, Luxury retail markets with work experience in India would be preferred.

Job responsibilities:

- Marketing and advertising – media planning , which includes distribution of marketing budget into Print media and digital media. Keeping a monthly tab on the budgets and the related ad spend. Constantly interacting with the media agency to achieve the best positions available for the brand. Product positioning initiatives for the brand in digital and print media. Plan New Media/Marketing initiatives as to how new technologies, CRM & CSR can enhance brand activity / engagement for consumers.

- Plan & Drive New Media and Marketing & brand activation as critical supporter to 360 degree planning. Translation of New Media/Marketing platform option to supplement overall brand & monthly Promotional strategy which helps drive increased footfalls to stores. Build bank of ideas of how brands can extend and leverage New Media/Marketing properties

- PR – Managing PR to improve ad spend verses Brand recall value in magazines and newspapers. Sending out monthly releases to the major publications and follow up so that best of PR can be achieved. Negotiating on exclusive feature and cover stories with the fashion and lifestyle magazines, (eg: tie up with an international fashion magazine for exclusive launch stories in India). Sending out monthly PR newsletter to the head quarters.

- POS VM: Insure that the brands are present near the POS at the major retail outlets so that we can increase the brand recall. Create monthly VM reports, analyze effectiveness of displays per promotion at the stores and compare it with footage productivity and impact on sales.

- Events - To organize and manage events related to brand promotion and new collection launches. Arranging for Cover shoots and model shoots for the brand.

- Sales tracking and marketing journal updation : To achieve required ad-spend verses sales figures monthly and yearly
