About our Client - Our client is one of the oldest and most well reputed watch brands in the world, with a rich tradition of innovation. Having already established themselves in the Indian market for close to a decade now, they have ambitious plans to expand their market presence, and hence are looking to hire a Brand Manager for their signature brand.
Job Description - Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Considering that our client caters to the niche market segment, you will have to devise a highly customized marketing strategy for your brand.
- Developing and implementing brand strategies with a strong focus on the marketing and general business drivers.
- Preparing and managing action plans and critically evaluating all planned brand activities.
- Reviewing and analyzing brand performance and the competitive environment.
- Liaising with other brand managers to ensure coordination among the different product portfolios to drive marketing activities.
The Successful Candidate - You will have a MBA from a premier business school with 5-6 years of experience, preferably in a luxury goods/watch company. In addition to this, you should have prior experience in managing A&P budget, and liaising with advertising and media agencies. You will have a keen knowledge about strategic marketing and an entrepreneurial insight to drive market expansion. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional written and communication skills.
