- The concern is responsible for offering critical support to the Director Marketing to facilitate the effective implementation of jewelry and accessories segment strategy in support of a relevant category sales growth.
- This is to be achieved through demonstration of thorough understanding and highly effective management of all day to day aspects of the assigned brand(s) to meet agreed annual sales and profit objectives.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities :
Education level and/or relevant experience(s) :
- Graduation in Jewelery designing and merchandising with 4-5 years of experience in retail or e-commerce.
- Alternatively individuals from beauty category exposure would also be preferred.
Knowledge and skills: (general and technical) :
- Strong designing/ merchandising capabilities, visual merchandising, communication and presentation skills, public speaking
Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities req) :
- Conversant in English and Local language
Salary Range: 23 - 25 LPA
