Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for providing a consolidated approach to the Heavy Equipment & Interparts which spans the Parts, Sales and Service functions to achieve profitability targets.
Responsibilities:
- Coaches and Develops the Management team to maintain, coach, develop and ensure understanding of all direct reports on all aspects of the business
- Conducts Team Meetings
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely reports.
- Maintains quality stock control, Equipment & Impartments movements in and out of the business whilst minimising costs and risks.
- Stock Management and full compliance with Bank regulations.
- Responsible for managing and controlling three functional areas of the Heavy Equipments & Interparts business unit to ensure sales and customer service target achievement.
- Strategically influence the customer and build lasting relationships.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant technical or business discipline.
- Post Graduate or MBA is added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the Heavy Equipment & Interparts.
