- Paid Media Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL).

- Team Management and Development.

- 3 to 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand strategy and digital marketing.

- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience managing teams and working in a collaborative environment.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, social media management tools, analytics software.
