What you'll work on:
- Analyze customer insights and behavior, customer personas, and consumer trends
- The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and also have an eye for
- Creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities; work with the creative team inhouse and manage agencies.
- Brand Strategy development adhering to defined Brand KPIs
- Creation of marketing calendars and segmenting the budget across campaigns and channels
- Initiating Community building to drive brand desire and consumer loyalty
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Interact with Sales teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them
- Manages the development of selected integrated brand communication and develops, communication material for exploitation across a number of channels
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in any industry (D2C Experience will be given preference).
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Looking for talent with - ownership mindset, passion, and agility
- Up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practices
- Understanding of brand marketing and communication in any industry.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate across cultural and experience levels, internal & external.
- A test-and-learn mindset as the idea continues to evolve
- Ability to adapt according to the business needs and perform accordingly.
