Requirement:
- 4-8 Years for Brand Manager role, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed
- Agency handling experience mandatory
- Should have managed end to end marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Positive, initiative driven and motivating influence, sets good examples, is a natural leader
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Good planning and organizational ability
- Strong commercial awareness with an international outlook
- Ambitious and flexible.
- High level of communication ability and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect details data, analyze and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements

Job Description:
- Responsible for positioning of the brand in the market by translating consumer insights into actions
- Take complete ownership of the brand and translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go to market
- Lead creative development and create effective marketing campaigns through both agency and in-house creative team
- Owning the brand metrics and to ensure delivery of targeted objectives
- Ownership of research - from objectives to design and translating into actionable objectives
- Supporting own branches and franchises for their communication requirements
- Custodian of brand guidelines
