Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You'll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

Working alongside the Marketing, Sales and Operations team in a collaborative environment, this role reports to HOD Marketing.

Responsibilities :

- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term

- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

- Shape and communicate our vision and mission

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"

- Manage new product developments, GTM strategies and P&L for that brand.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

- Devise innovative growth strategies

-Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

Requirements and skills :

- Proven working experience as Brand Management .

- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives

- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media

- Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget

- Build, lead and guide different cross-functional teams as required, to effectively drive execution and performance

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

- Excellent working Knowledge in advance Excel

- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind Special Skills

- Excellent communication skill in English.

- 2 to 7 years experience.

Qualification :

- Graduation Any Stream

- MBA/PGDM Marketing
