Desired Profile - MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute with minimum 5/6 yrs of experience; FMCG/Pharma/OTC experience desired.
A brief on KRAs :
- The Role would involve handling the Brand with focus on Business, Activation and execution of Brand Plans.
- Developing strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.
- Understands & defines the brand identity & aligns all the brands- plans accordingly.
- Coordinates with creative agencies, research agencies, digital agencies, design agencies to develop suitable brand initiatives.
- Plans ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above
