Job Description:  - Insighting / consumer listening to develop commercially viable projects.  - Project based assignments in line with innovation strategy and launch plans.  - Development, validation, delivery and evaluation of product blends and packaging.  - Responsible for timely delivery of the innovation agenda by close coordination with stakeholders from consumer insights, projects, TBB, Procurement & Finance.  - Knowledge and experience of Market Research methodolgy, consumer insight generation tools, brand health metrics, product and packaging development cycles, understanding of financial & distribution metrics and levers to drive improvement.  - Ability to drive, evaluate and optimize ATL and BTL spends.  - At least 2 years in a field sales and distribution role within consumer goods companies.  - Knowledge of Shopper and Trade behavior.  Reports to: Marketing Manager.  Location: Bangalore
