Job Description :
- Lead menu vision and product development based on category trends and consumer research to ensure a robust and differentiated innovation pipeline for the brand
- Seek out best practices across System and support implementation & assimilation of the same
- Identify key gaps and provide clear specific briefs to the R&D and SCM teams for product development
- Test and validate platforms and new layers via robust consumer and operations tests and strong business case planning. Use research to form clear consumer insights and develop actionable plans for products/layers
- Lead cross functional teams and manage multiple project networks for introduction of new products and align franchise partners on investment decisions
- Able to write clear and simple briefs to bring alive the product proposition and consumer benefit in line with the brand identity and judge creative output vis - vis the brief.
- Able to write media briefs, review channel mix and drive innovation in activation plans across all media
