Job Description:
- As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
- You will play a key role in shaping the brand's identity, positioning it in the market, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities.
Brand Strategy Development:.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and support business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Define the brand's value proposition, tone of voice, and positioning in the market.
Brand Management:.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.
Marketing Collaboration:.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align brand initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Develop partnerships with external agencies, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, events, and promotional activities.
Stakeholder Management:.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Innovation and Growth:.
- Identify new opportunities for brand growth, including potential partnerships and market expansion.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications & Skills.
- MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 college (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, etc.)
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and driving brand growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and experience working with cross-functional teams.
