1. Leads the development of the brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability.

2. To develop, recommend and most importantly execute annual marketing plan activities, including ATL, BTL, CRM, Digital and Social Media and local media strategy and plans including TV and print media.

3. To ideate and execute ATL and BTL strategy which is pre decided by the marketing leadership team, with close collaboration with the Marketing Services team.

4. Effective project management skills to coordinate and execute Product Development programs while working closely with the Product Planning team This includes new launches

Critical Area:-

Should have prior field sales experience. Is able to develop commercially and financially sound business proposals.

Has the ability to garner consumer insights, generate innovative brand concepts and product ideas; Has the ability to develop and execute effective media plans, Has the ability to understand multiple stakeholder interests and respond accordingly

Qualification :- MBA From Premium Institute
