Key Deliverables of the Role :
- Step change Business growth and Profitability in existing and new geographies of NCD's via Brand building of Company's products across existing and new geographies
- Scale up core NCD geographies to investment grade businesses, leveraging a mix of base brand growth along with new brand entries
- Evaluate opportunities, with high right to win/size of prize in current (both developing and developed markets) and new NCD Markets, leveraging international/domestic portfolio
- Creating Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods.
- Product promotion through communication, Media and Sales visibility.
- Design and implement effective and efficient merchandising practices.
- Partner management- Ad & media agencies, Research agencies, Distributors.
