Brand Manager


Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the brand's overall business objectives. This includes defining brand positioning, target audience, and brand communication.

- Brand Identity Maintenance: Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets such as logos, taglines, and visual elements to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and retail, OOH and digital touch- points.

- Marketing Campaign Management: Develop the monthly marketing plan across retail stores & digital properties and align the same to the performance metrics. Develop and manage marketing campaigns that promote the brand, products, or services. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to achieve financial performance metrics.

- Content Creation: Develop the manage the monthly content calendar. Create or oversee the creation of content, including written, visual, and multimedia materials, to support brand communication and marketing efforts.

- Brand Performance Analysis: Create a framework and then monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to brand awareness, customer perception, and market share. Use data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

- Brand Partner Management: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, or collaborators to enhance brand visibility and reach. Liaise with, optimize deliverables from and manage relations with multiple brand partners like Malls, PR agencies, copy writers, SEO agencies, Performance marketing agency, photographer and designers.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, logistics, customer experience, operations and sales, to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.

- Crisis Management: Be prepared to respond to any issues or crises that may impact the brand's reputation and take appropriate actions to mitigate damage.

- Market Research: Develop strategies and channels to conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors in a cost-effective manner. Use insights to adapt brand strategies accordingly.

Skills and Experience Desired:

- Candidate must have an MBA and 8+ years of experience in marketing and brand management.

- Experience in managing an in-house team.

- Experience in negotiating & on-boarding partner/vendor agencies and maintaining these relationships for optimal performance.

- Experience in building marketing plans for premium/luxury brands with an understanding of digital media platforms, marketing tools and their current relevance.

- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends.

- Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior.

- Should be well organized, mature and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.

- Strong communicator with a high level of maturity
