We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of a health-focused beverage category. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in strategic thinking, creative innovation, and leveraging data to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and loyalty. Candidates with experience in strategic tie-ups, business development, and forming strategic alliances will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development and Positioning:

- Define and shape the brand's identity, emphasizing its health benefits and premium quality in the dairy and beverage segments.

- Develop compelling brand narratives to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.

Category Growth Strategy:

- Build and implement a roadmap for expanding the category, targeting both urban and emerging markets.

- Leverage consumer insights to refine product offerings, identify target demographics, and adjust pricing and promotional strategies.

Strategic Alliances and Business Development:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and category growth.

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create opportunities for joint ventures, co-branding, or collaborative marketing initiatives.

- Negotiate and manage strategic tie-ups to align with long-term business goals.

Marketing Campaigns and Activation:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to raise awareness and educate consumers about the product's benefits.

- Plan and oversee digital, social media, influencer marketing, and in-store activations to boost engagement and brand loyalty.

Product Innovation:

- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify opportunities for new flavors, seasonal offerings, or packaging innovations.

- Ensure product quality aligns with consumer expectations for health and premium standards.

Budget and Financial Management:

- Manage brand resources effectively to maximize returns on marketing and promotional activities.

- Track and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies and investments.

Sales and Distribution Support:

- Partner with sales teams to design impactful promotional plans and increase visibility across retail outlets and online platforms.

- Optimize distribution channels to improve accessibility in key markets.

Consumer Insights and Market Analysis:

- Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities to stay ahead of market changes.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve overall consumer experiences.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification is preferred.

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG, dairy, or beverage industries, with a focus on premium or health-oriented products.

- Proven expertise in strategic tie-ups, business development, and forming strategic alliances.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, campaign execution, and innovative strategies.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Knowledge of health-focused beverage trends is an added advantage.
