Responsible for mining the market, positioning the agency amongst relevant audiences, help in new business development, profile the organization, deal with media. In return, you will get a ringside view of the business, learn best practices of B2B marketing, work directly with one of the finest minds in the business of brands, and interact with top leaders in a highly successful and wide global network. Will be a combination of an executive assistant and brand manager.   HIRING PROFILE :  - Must have 5-8 years in either advertising (account management and planning mix ideal) or brand consulting, in India.   - Outstanding analytical, intellect, presentation and communication skills necessary to feed off a cerebral top management team. Strong interest in B2B. Very good digital capabilities, especially in social.  - Must believe that communication agencies that help clients build brands so well, could do with building their own brand and thereby augment their business significantly.   - Ideally a Mumbai based person. Or someone who has worked in Mumbai in the past and can relocate there.
