We are looking for a Brand Manger (Mid Managerial role) for General Medicines and Super specialty division of a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Mumbai

Position: Brand Manager (Equivalent to GPM)

Therapy: General Medicines and Super Specialty

Experience: 2-5 years in core marketing in Pharma MNC

Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 institute

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

As a Brand Management Pharmaceutical Professional, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience plan and driving the success of your assigned brands. This role offers you the opportunity to manage the resource allocation for your brands while leading key activities that contribute to your career growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Implementing product strategies for assigned brands to achieve brand objectives.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of responsible brands.

- Providing tactical marketing support to the sales team, including product training, promotional tactics, and campaign management.

- Developing and executing brand marketing plans and quarterly action plans.

- Taking full responsibility for market share growth and the overall performance of the brand and category.

- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather customer insights.

- Translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Analyzing business data and responding strategically to enhance customer engagement, boost pharmaceutical share growth, and increase touchpoints.

- Designing and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy, ensuring integration with global campaign objectives and appropriate use of the marketing mix.

- Collaborating with third-party stakeholders and global teams for local implementation of strategies.

Why You ?

Basic Qualifications:

- We are looking for professionals with the following skills to achieve our goals:

- Master's degree, preferably an MBA in Marketing.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing (experience in mass therapy areas preferred).

- Sales experience (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional skills that would be a plus:

- Experience in multichannel marketing.

- Knowledge of marketing best practices and promotional codes.

- Excellence in execution, including prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
