- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and content strategies
- Shape and communicate the company's vision and mission
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Work with Creative and Design teams in creative development to motivate the target audiences to take action
- Support and establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and impact estimates
- Support interdependent teams of CX and Growth while collectively working on brand initiatives
SOCIAL
- Own end-to-end execution of the company's social accounts including calendar planning and rollout, brand ideation and tone.
- Analyze the effectiveness of social media and brand positioning based on consumer insights
- Develop brand awareness and online reputation with new and existing audiences
- Measure and report performance of all social campaigns, and assess overarching awareness and engagement KPIs
OVERALL
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions. Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
Qualifications
- Has 3-5 years of experience with Brand Marketing and Social Media Management
- Is passionate about strong brands and startup environments
- An effective communicator who thinks creatively and innovatively
