Brand Manager - FMCG/Personal Care

Urgently looking out for Brand Manager with a reputed FMCG Company.

Job Title : Brand Manager (Personal Care).

Industry FMCG ( Personal Care ).

Working Place : Kolkata.

Qualification : Minimum Graduation required - MBA preferred .

Experience : 8 - 12 years in personal care.

KEY JOB - RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develops and executes the marketing & branding strategy to improve market share and reach.

- Understands & defines the brand identity & align all the brands- plans accordingly.

- Defines the brand & its proposition & activation, its advertising concept, pricing, packaging, and promotion.

- Plans ATL & BTL Activites.

- Coordinates with R&D for product conceptualisation, positioning, new product development etc.

- Coordinates with advertising & research agencies.

- Develops and executes plans for brand extension.

- Develops annual plans and budgets for the brand.

- Coordinates with internal & external media agencies for implementation of the Brand's strategy.

- Also Coordinates with other departments like Sales, R&D, Finance, Integrated Planning, Sourcing & HRD for product & brand related requirements.
