Brand Manager -- MNC lifestyle major
Strategic Planning and Concept Development :-
- Understanding business strategy and the role of brands in the portfolio
- Designing brand architecture and finalization of marketing plans
- Understanding premium market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive sets
- Based on consumer insights, developed differentiated product concepts
Product and Packaging Development : -
- Engage extensively with Cos R&D Centre, market research and legal department to develop and validate product efficacy for all products
- Develop the packaging structure
Communication Development :-
- Develop and implemented a 360°marketing campaign , including development of TVCs, print, outdoor, out of home and point of sale material
- Conceptualize the digital marketing campaign and execute all digital development for the brand
- Work with production houses, model management and celebrity management agencies for finalising film shoots
Brand Plan Execution :-
- Finalise and execute In-Store strategy including distribution, placement and visibility norms
- Work closely with manufacturing, operations and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain management
- Design high voltage sampling plans through print, internet, direct mailers and at malls, multiplexes, instore, to induce trial
- Develop and execute all consumer and trade promotions for driving market share
- Engage closely with the activation team to implement various brand activation plans
Brand Review Systems :-
- Monitoring brand performance in terms of awareness, sales(both trials and repeats), distribution and imagery
- Create a template for brand health analysis, sales analysis reports, distribution analysis, promotion/activation analysis
- Geography specific interventions made to the marketing mix
