Position - Brand Manager.
Education - Tier 1 B School (2020, 2021 & 2022 batch)
Base Location - Kolkata
Candidates working in Only FMCG (Food, Personal Care, Home & Hygiene) can apply. Brand management experience of minimum 1yr is required.
Job Profile:
- Led end-to-end marketing mix, P&L, brand strategy, & communication for the Brand.
- Conducted comprehensive market analysis and consumer research to identify key insights and improve brand strategies.
- Developed new pack configurations and promotions to gain improvement in brand margins.
- Analyzed market trends, categories, competition & conceptualized architecture.
- Responsible for all ATL & BTL activities for the brand.
- Responsible for growth of brand health measures to gauge the impact of creative across platforms.
- Developed launch strategy and execution plan for the brand.
- Prepare brand strategy based, develop Brand communication.
- Develop brand architecture, develop brand extensions, pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies for the communication strategy, review and approve best route for communication.
- Provide brief to agencies on research material design.
- Prepare media briefs and share with media partners, monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vs objective.
