Job Title: Brand Manager

Reports to: Marketing Director
Base Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3+ years in a FMCG environment, majorly spent in marketing role (Top B-schools)
The Brand Manager would be responsible for:
- Support the growth of the brands under single/ multiple product categories
- Take complete ownership of the marketing plan during a new product launch
- Design, develop and implement robust marketing initiatives to deliver the agreed objectives
- Leverage digital marketing in order to drive brand preference
- Develop core communication ideas and materials which can be executed across all forms of media for all brands in the umbrella
- Design and develop innovative packaging solutions
- Develop and execute consumer activation strategies and integrated programs
- Collaborate with the sales team in order to achieve the volume and value targets
The professional achievement/ qualification expected:
- Qualification- MBA (Marketing) (top B-schools)
- 3+ years of experience in a FMCG environment
- Must have digital marketing as a core pillar of growth in the current/ previous experience
