Role reporting into: Head Marketing
Nature of experience:
The incumbent should have managed a brand independently across product management, brand strategy, consumer data analytics, consumer insights, communication, activation, product launch, revenue management. She/ he should be serving a high paced growing organization and controlled strategy to execution independently by working with key stakeholders across functions and with external stakeholders too.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Product Management
- Consumer Insighting
- Brand activations in Retail and Modern Trade
- Product Pricing and Promotion
- Delivering of Revenue and Profits for portfolio/ Brand
- Analyzing Nielsen data and IMRB Data
- Developing Brand Strategy
- Go to Market and activation plans and executions
- Media Planning and Consumer Communication
- New product Ideas and development with RnD
- New Product successful launch and Roll Out
- Working with creative agency, media agency and research companies
- Creating Consumer Sampling in coordination with sales
- Working with cross functional teams.
- Managing Celebrity
