The incumbent should be a full time MBA from premiere institute like ISB Hyderabad / FMS Delhi / MDI / SPJIMR / IIM A, B, C, L, K, Indore from the passout batch of 2022 and 2023 with around 1 to 2 years of experience in Brand Management including ATL, TVC and Agency Management in a leading FMCG Company.
KRA's :
- Developing a suitable Brand strategy and action plan.
- Monitoring the marketing budget for its effective utilization and undertake course-correction if required.
- Providing a vision of the market environment through research as a basis on which to set marketing strategies
- Liaise with the sales teams to ensure effectiveness of consumer promotions, develop appropriate benchmarks and implement a framework for assessing the effectiveness.
- Managing ATL activation including Radio, Print, TVC's.
