Client profile : Our client is a reputed Rs. 8,500 Crores Turnover FMCG client based in India.
Job Title : Brand Manager
Job Purpose :
This position is responsible for the overall top line and bottom-line target achievement in all geographies by focusing on the specific activities below. The product line involves any brand in our consumer care segment.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and sharpen the brand code for the brand/category in consideration
2. Develop and refine the brand architecture in view of the competition and market trends
3. Develop a new product funnel for the brand and the manager is responsible for clearing the stage gates for the new products
4. Responsible for building consumer insights for the brand
5. Effectively connect with the advertising teams to create collaterals to communicate the brand proposition
6. Develop Activations/BTL activities
7. Effectively design media campaigns and work with the agencies to develop them
8. Liaise with the sales team for effective deploying of BTL activities and monitor performance of schemes and trade activations
Skills/Qualifications :
1. MBA from Premier Institutes (Only IIM A,B, C & ISB - 2016 to 2021 batch)
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG Marketing team
3. Open to work for 5.5 working days in a week
4. Ability to connect and engage teams across levels and effectively navigate through organization
