Part of the S&P 500 and with over 50,000 employees globally, the company is a global leader in its line of products and is currently looking for a Brand Manager to define marketing strategy of one of the most renowned brands across globe
Job Description - Reporting in to Senior Brand Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:
- Liaison with the sector marketing team and the product development team for the product development initiatives
- Develop the product positioning as per the brand architecture and prepare launch and relaunch plan
- Explore and study business feasibility of potential products which is in-line to the Company's business expertise and strategic focus
- Provide consumer insight in relation to the category and identify and propose research plans to address consumer knowledge gaps
- Follow through the process of research, branding, packaging development, marketing planning and market test
- Develop strategic recommendations to seek new opportunities for the brand
The Successful Candidate - Full time MBA from Premier B School (IIMs, FMS, IIFT, XLRI, NMIMS, SP Jain, MDI, MICA)
- 4+ years Experience in Sales and Marketing (07/08/09 pass out)
- 1-2 years of sales experience before FMCG marketing will be huge advantage
- Only core FMCG experience will be considered
