Who we are looking for:

An experienced brand leader who wants to create an imprint on this brand.

1. Develop Brand Strategies and Brand Plans: Ideation, development and execution of marketing campaigns across different channels, liaising with Creative & Media Partners, development of Media briefs and tracking media deliverables with agencies, coordinating and follow-up with the agency for all other jobs related to brand like assisting in shoots, arranging material for media releases, raising purchase orders, verifying media bills and carrying out internal follow-up on payments, and sales Promotions.

2. Tracking Competitor Strategy: Coordinating with Research agency on relevant communication strategy of various brands based on various consumer researches across cities, analysing the competitor activity through field visits and secondary data sources, compilation of all brand and competitor related information.

3. Developing Competitive Strategies: Conceptualization and implementation of strategies to counter competition.

4. Responsible for Effective use of budgeting Norms: Allocation of budget for effective executing of marketing campaigns.

5. Understanding Brand trends: Thoroughly analysing the brand sales month wise and identifying yoy growth pattern, analyse detailed market segmentation (including market research), conduct consumer research.

6. Execute Market development Inputs: Identifying virgin markets / weak markets & develop strategies to develop those markets, and creating and allocation of sales support materials.

7. New Product Development: Identify, develop, and launch new & existing concepts and products supporting the brand portfolio

Qualifications

Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Tier 1 institute (2019 or 2020 batch pass out) with 2-3 years experience in sales or marketing roles.

Candidates from MNC FMCG preferred

The position requires appreciation and understanding of Marketing, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.

- Strategic and analytical skills: A broad-based strategic thinker with exceptional intellect who is skilled in analyzing/diagnosing brand and portfolio issues and injecting the consumer first thinking into the process.

- Consumer rooted Innovation & Thinking : The candidate must be a champion for consumer thinking & have experience in product innovation and should be adept at leading insighing for the process for both short-term and long term innovation

- Digital first marketing: The candidate must have had experience on working on brands on the digital platforms - understanding of the medium is essential.

- Visible Leadership: Leading and evolving the marketing capability over time will require consultative and visible leadership. Partnering and working effectively across functional and within the organizational matrix is imperative.

- Adaptable and entrepreneurial: The candidate must be open to taking feedback from consumers and the market and adapt to new circumstances. An entrepreneurial and 'win-from-behind' mindset will be critical to drive successful innovations.

- Strong project management capability and experience in leading cross-functional teams
