We closely work with 10000+ resellers across Delhi-NCR and is already serving over 3 Lakh consumers with fresh produce at their doorstep. we deliver 8k to 10k orders daily. Our client sources fresh fruits and vegetables from 10,000+ farmers across Haryana, UP, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra and many more.
Our Mission is to transform the consumption habits of Indian households by providing healthy farm fresh produce. Providing our farmers technical to modernize farming and buying the produce at a fair price every day. Thus creating an interdependent community of farmers and consumers.
ROLE : Brand Manager
Location : Gurgaon
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
2. Responsible for increasing brand awareness through innovative cross-platform campaign ideas.
3. Build and sustain the mental availability of the brand leading to higher recall and consideration at the moment of purchase.
4. Be the custodian of the branded assets and be militant about their consistent and correct usage 2 across all touchpoints
5. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our brand strategy and recommend new ideas.
6. Responsible for driving the overall communication strategy forward to educate users and increase sales of on channels like e-mails, blog articles, videos etc.
7. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotions. Strategizing the overall social media marketing & setting up the content calendar.
8. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
9. Act as the point of contact with external social & PR agencies Work closely with the head of marketing to build and promote the brand
- Work closely with senior management team to drive thought leadership at industry forums and events that could lead to PR and promotional opportunities
10. Think strategically about raising the brand profile through content, PR and any other marketing campaigns that would help us stand out in the market
Qualifications and Experience :
1. A degree or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
2. 3 to 6 years of experience in building D2C Brand
3. A social media platform expert who understands the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize each to deliver the highest engagement possible
4. The person should be adept in ORM and knows the nuances of Performance Marketing
5. First-class research, writing and communication skills
6. A passion for branding and brand management
