Our client is a leading FMCG firm based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building up and managing the D2C platform for the assigned brand
- Continuously review and evolve the business model and set up all business, marketing and operations metrics
- Develop and run performance marketing campaigns along with agencies across acquisition, retention and affiliate programs
- Develop, track and analyze indicators for marketing and sales success
- Frontend with agency, backend with product, tech teams for website management, content creation, creative strategy, communication plans
- Manage pricing strategies, consumer promotions and product visibility
- Lead and improve end to end consumer experience and leverage tools to sharpen consumer understanding
- Project manage and liaise with product, tech, customer care, cross functional teams and agencies to achieve desired results
- Responsible for demand planning, inventory and warehouse overview
- Manage and deliver the topline & bottom-line of the business
Skills & Experience:
- 6-12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the Beauty & Personal Care category is preferred
- Mandatory experience in Consumer/ FMCG and managing and building up the D2C channel
